CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE – CONFIRMATIONS

My Course Purchase from Stock Market College has not as yet been processed and confirmed. 

Check whether you have verified your email address. If your email is not verified your course purchase will not be confirmed. 

Change of Student request with Stock Market College

Once a course has been purchased and a student allocated, no change of student will be authorised. 

Change of Contract with Stock Market College

Should a student request to change his contract from an inhouse finance (not a 3rd party loan), to a cash or larger deposit purchase agreement, he may do so by emailing deals@stockmarketcollege.co.za. A student may not downgrade his contract from a larger deposit to an inhouse finance agreement. 

Cancellation of a purchase agreement with Stock Market College within 5 working days

A contract may be cancelled within 5 working days of having verified and therefore signed the agreement. Email deals@stockmarketcollege.co.za and request the cancellation. 

Academic Support

Students may email academicsupport@stockmarketcollege.co.za should they require assistance with any of the learning material. 

Technical Support 

Use the LIVECHAT to request any technical support. This Support includes loading MT5 (MetaTrader 5), assisting with the resetting of usernames and passwords, assisting with reloading MT5 on other devices.
