QuickTrade is a registered FSP holding a Category I FAIS license, under license number 45262. In terms of its FSP license, QuickTrade is licensed to provide advice and intermediary services in respect of shares, derivative instruments and warrants, certificates and other instruments. QuickTrade’s obligations to you under the FAIS legislation and under the applicable FSCA laws are not affected by the entering into of its Client Agreement between yourself and QuickTrade. QuickTrade is an OTC derivatives provider and has submitted an application to be authorised as such in terms of the FMA. QuickTrade is accordingly subject to the FMA requirements imposed on OTC derivatives providers and the FSCA’s laws applicable to OTC derivative providers. You must note that CFD transactions are entered into on a principal-to-principal basis and are not regulated by FAIS.
