- Log in on the portal https://portal.quicktrade.co.za
- Click on the golden button “Deposit Funds”
- On the next screen select your live account number you want to fund in the first dropdown and on the second dropdown select the payment method
- Select EFT online banking via Ozow for the funds to reflect immediately
- You will be directed to the Ozow page on which you select your bank and log in with your online banking login details
- Follow the steps and open your banking app to authorise the transaction
- Go to MT5 and log in again with the live account to see the updated balance
You can contact QuickTrade on the LiveChat function which you will find on their website www.quicktrade.world, or from your QuickTrade portal login link https://portal.quicktrade.co.za. The LiveChat function is available for immediate assistance Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and 22:00 and on Sundays between 8:00 and 16:30.
Funding your account can be done in the Client Portal in two different ways - Direct Deposit or through our integrated Payment Service Providers.

It is important to note that Direct Deposits are not instantly allocated to your Live account as human intervention is required to allocate these funds and this can take time and could result in frustrations as you are not able to trade immediately.
Using one of our integrated Payment Service Providers is a much faster and more secure option. Depositing money this way means that your funds are credited to your account instantly, 24 hours a day. Once you have funded a Live account, you are able to transfer funds to another Live account.
