QUICKTRADE 

  1. I am trying to login and it says bad credentials, please assist. 

Portal Password rest :

  • Please ensure you are on the correct link, portal.quicktrade.co.za for ZAR profile and portal.quicktrade.world for your USD profile. 
  • Click on Forgot password 
  • Ensure you use the email address you register with. 
  • We can also assist in resetting your password if you experience any issues.

 2. How do I log into MT5? / I am trying to login to MT5 and it says authorization failed 

MT5 ACCOUNT PASSWORD RESET:

  • Log in on the QT portal https://portal.quicktrade.world
  • Go to the Traders Menu on the left-hand side of the screen (click on the 3 menu lines at the top left-hand corner of the mobile device) and look for “Accounts Overview” and click on it. It is under the main heading for Accounts
  • On the next screen your trading account/s will be highlighted in blue, select the account you want to reset the password for
  • On the next screen look for the option “Trading Platform Password” and click on the button that say Change
  • Follow the steps from the next screen and create a password
  • The password format is eight characters or longer, containing at least one uppercase, lowers, and number. NB! DO NOT USE ANY SPECIAL CHARACTERS OR SYMBOLS

 3. What is the minimum deposit? 

We do not have a minimum deposit requirement. Nevertheless, when you have a positive balance of R500 or more you will get Trading Signals. 

 4. How do I make a deposit?

DEPOSIT:

  • Log in on the portal https://portal.quicktrade.world
  • Click on the golden button “Deposit Funds”
  • On the next screen select the live account number you want to fund in the first dropdown and on the second dropdown select the payment method
  • Select EFT online banking via Ozow for the funds to reflect immediately
  • You will be directed to the Ozow page on which you select your bank and log in with your online banking login details
  • Follow the steps and open your banking app to authorize the transaction
  • Go to MT5 and log in again with the live account to see the updated balance

 5. How do I withdraw my funds? 

Payment details need to be approved before a withdrawal can be processed. Payment details take up to 8 hours to be approved. Withdrawals take up to 3 hours to be processed and up to 3 hours to be paid. Withdrawals are paid using the standard turnaround time of the banks. The cut-off time for withdrawals is 3 pm on Mondays to Fridays. Any withdrawals submitted after the cut-off time will only be processed the following day. There are no costs to withdrawals.

BANK VERIFICATION

  • Log in on your QuickTrade portal https://portal.quicktrade.world
  • Look under the Traders Menu (three menu lines on the top left-hand corner of a mobile device) for the option “FUNDS (Deposits/Withdrawals)” and click on it
  • On the sub-menu select “Withdraw Funds”
  • On the next screen select the account you want to withdraw from in the first dropdown box and on the second dropdown box select “EFT/Online banking payments (Via OZOW)”
  • You will see a block “+ Upload Payment Details” on which you must click to complete your banking details and upload either a proof of bank account or a bank statement document that is not older than three months

WITHDRAWAL:

  • Log in on your QuickTrade portal https://portal.quicktrade.world
  • Look under the Traders Menu (three menu lines on the top left-hand corner of a mobile device) for the option “FUNDS (Deposits/Withdrawals)” and click on it
  • On the sub-menu select “Withdraw Funds”
  • On the next screen select the trading account that you want to withdraw from and on the second dropdown select “EFT/Online banking payments (Via Ozow)”
  • In the third dropdown select your bank account number and select “Continue”
  • On the next screen you enter the withdrawal amount and press continue until you see the notice that the withdrawal is pending

 6. How do I start trading? 

You need a funded live account to be able to attend Platform Training to Learn how to start placing Trades 

MT5 Platform training. Monday to Friday – 18h20 for 18h30 until 20h00 - Saturday morning 09h20 for 09h30 until 11h00 – Zoom ID 841-5620-4653

 7. I lost my device how do I download MT5 again? 

DOWNLOAD MT5:

  • Log in on the portal https://portal.quicktrade.world using the device you want to install MT5 on
  • Go to the Traders Menu on the left-hand side of the screen (click on the 3 menu lines at the top left-hand corner if you use a mobile device) and look for the Download tab
  • On the next screen you will find all the download links
  • Look for the link that you will need for your device and click on the Download button

 8. How do I get my account verified? / I cannot upload my documents

UPLOADING FICA

  • Login to portal.quicktrade.co.za
  • go to Traders Menu (3 lines on your top left)
  • Click on the profile and select the tab upload documents 

 9. How do I change my Leverage? 

Please email Jacques: jacquesdb12@quicktrade.co.za

In the email please specify which leverage you are changing from and which leverage you are changing to. 

 10. How do I access my Trading Signals 

ACCESS TRADING SIGNALS

  • Ensure you are properly login to your MT5 Live Account 
  • Go to the Mailbox tab on MT5 
  • The message will be from QuickTrade 

Please note if the market conditions are not looking good they might not send the signal at all for that day or they will send it later during the day, so it's not a guarantee that you have to get them every day it all depends on the market.

  

STOCK MARKET COLLEGE

  1. How do I get my Zoom Link? 

LECTURE KAJABI REGISTRATION:

  • Log in on your LMS and open the module title ZOOM Training Schedule
  • Select the lecture that you want to attend and complete the attendance registration form on the next screen. The order of the lectures is Platform Training, CFD lectures, FOREX lectures and Trading Room
  • Complete the lecture attendance registration on the next screen 10 minutes before the class starts to make sure that you are on time. After completing the attendance registration, you will see a link that you must click on to enter the waiting room for the class
  • You can also complete the lecture registration anytime during the day to receive an email from ZOOM with a Join Meeting button below the class dates and times
  • Platform Training, CFD Lectures and FOREX Lectures are presented Monday to Friday at 18:30 and Saturday at 9:30

 2. I cannot access my Learning Management System (Kajabi)

TO LOG IN ON A MOBILE DEVICE:

  • Open the app store (App Gallery for Huawei, App store for iOS, and Google Playstore for Android) on your mobile device and install the Kajabi app
  • Once the app has opened, click on “Get Started”
  • On the next screen, enter the email address you used when you registered as a student and click on “Next” at the top right-hand corner of the screen
  • On the next screen, click on the button “Open Email App”. It will automatically take you to the inbox for your emails – IMPORTANT: make sure that you see the inbox for the email address that you used when you signed up as a student
  • Open the email you received from Kajabi Support and click on the blue block “Confirm Email Address”
  • On the next screen you will see a message to confirm that your email has been confirmed, click on the blue button “Open Kajabi App”
  • On the next screen, click on “Select Your Sites”. It will divert you back to the Kajabi App
  • On the next screen, click on Stock Market College
  • On the next screen you select the course that you signed up for, which will then open the list of study modules

 4. How do I reset my Learning Management System Password?

If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below to create a new one

  • Go to the LMS login page https://www.stockmarketcollege.com/login
  • Click on Forgot Password
  • Type in the email address you registered with as a student and click on Send Recovery Info
  • Open the email you received from Stock Market College and click on the link to reset the password
  • Create a new password and click on Submit

 5. What is my SMC contract account balance?

You can obtain you balance by speaking to our Credit Control department, using our LiveChat facility or email them on: creditcontrol@stockmarketcollege.co.za

 6. Which lecture should I attend first?

Online lecture access:

  • Log in on your LMS and open the module title ZOOM Training Schedule (on a computer, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on page two)
  • Select the lecture that you want to attend and complete the registration form on the next screen. The Kajabi app will have a link “Click Here” that you must use to open the registration form. The order of the lectures is Platform Training, CFD lectures, FOREX lectures, and Trading Room.
  • Platform Training, CFD Lectures, and FOREX Lectures are presented Monday to Friday at 18:30 and Saturday at 9:30
